Hi, my name is Mohit, and I am tech geek who is into developing strategies to boost online sales revenue for companies. Because of this “career” I chose, I became well-versed with different tools and platforms for business organizations, including that of Salesforce.
Since this is my first-ever post on this blog, I would like to share my top reasons for companies to invest on a Salesforce consultant. The common misconception here is that a company would hire a consultant merely to design or evaluate a project, and after the report has been submitted then the consultant’s work is over. From a company’s perspective, this can be done by the most advanced Salesforce users in their organization, but the truth is, that is not the case. Here are my reasons to prove why:
1. Guidance and mentoring
Guidance and coordination are very important in Salesforce. Sure, a company may be using the platform already, but if each user has his or her own agenda, then a synergized performance towards desired results will not be achieved. Through consultancy work, the loopholes of a Salesforce project can be identified and the users are guided on how to address these. At the same time, they are taught about the best practices of Salesforce which they can follow and apply on their own business strategies.
2. Modern CRM
CRM is a very tricky way to establish. You do not hold your customers forever, as much as you want to do so. Salesforce consultants then work to find ways in which you as a business can keep your leads as income contributors for the longest time, by means of real time analysis and modern CRM techniques. The platform has tools that you can use and customize so that their features can be utilized by your company.
